Yes. You can combine multiple accounts into a single bill by logging in to Self Care > Manage Plan > Other Modifications, then completing the required form.
Once the accounts are merged, you will receive only one electronic bill that includes the billing details for all linked accounts.
If you wish to separate the accounts again, simply submit another Service Modification Form and select “Unmerge Account”. Individual bills will then be issued for each account.
Subscribers on no-contract plans are required to activate Auto Debit for bill payment.
For subscribers on 12-month or 24-month contract plans, multiple payment options are available, including Auto Debit and other supported payment methods.
Auto Debit is a payment service that automatically deducts your monthly charges from a registered debit or credit card on a recurring basis. It helps ensure timely payments without manual intervention. Customers who activate Auto Debit will also enjoy a RM2 monthly bill rebate.

Yes, it is one of the safest payment methods. All information is stored in a Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) certified data centre.

An e-Invoice is a digital invoice that records a transaction between a supplier (TIME) and a buyer (a registered TIME customer) in a structured, machine-readable format. For home broadband subscribers, the e-Invoice requirement will only become mandatory from 1 July 2025.

The installation process may vary slightly depending on your building type, specifically whether fibre cabling has already been installed.
If your unit has prelaid fibre, it means the fibre cable has already been routed into your home. In most cases, there will be an existing fibre socket in the living area, and the installer simply needs to connect it to your router. This also reduces the amount of additional cabling required.

All equipment supplied by Time is covered under a limited warranty during your contract period. Routers and mesh nodes come with a 2-year warranty, while DECT phones are covered for 1 year. In a traditional mesh WiFi setup, a mesh node usually needs to be placed next to the router to act as a gateway. With our mesh-ready routers, this extra device is no longer required. Simply place mesh nodes in areas with weaker WiFi signals to enjoy strong, seamless coverage throughout your home.
A mesh node extends your home’s WiFi coverage by relaying your router’s signal to areas with weak or no connectivity. When placed in WiFi dead zones or strategic locations, mesh nodes help create a seamless and stable network, ensuring reliable WiFi access throughout your home.
Whole-home WiFi coverage depends on the size of your home and the number of mesh nodes installed. Generally, adding more mesh nodes helps extend coverage across a wider area. Actual performance may vary due to the following factors:
Environmental factors – building materials, physical obstructions, and layout
Network conditions – local interference, traffic volume, device placement, and network complexity
Client limitations – device performance, location, and connection quality
These factors can affect overall coverage and WiFi performance throughout your home.
We recommend up to 3 mesh nodes for a complete whole home WiFi set up.
Both mesh WiFi and Fibre-to-the-Room (FTTR) are designed to address coverage issues by placing additional nodes in areas with weak connectivity, but they work in different ways.
FTTR focuses on physical infrastructure, with dedicated fibre optic cables running directly to each room to deliver consistent, high-speed connections. Mesh WiFi, on the other hand, uses a network of wireless nodes to extend and broadcast a strong, seamless WiFi signal across your home, providing flexible and wide-area coverage without additional fibre cabling.
By default, the WiFi 7 (Huawei HG8145B7N) and WiFi 6 (HG8145X6) devices work as a wireless Optical Network Terminal (ONT) or a 2-in-1 device which combines router and Optical Network Unit (ONU) capabilities. That means that you just need 1 device to connect to the Internet, rather than the 2 (router and ONU) typically needed.
Another feature of these devices is that they can function as a router or a mesh node.
So, if you already have an existing ONU or encounter building limitations that require you to use one, you can switch your WiFi device to router mode. Similarly, if you wish to use your WiFi device as a mesh node to extend coverage, you can follow the same steps.
To return the device to its ONT mode, use a pin to press the reset button on the device. In ONT mode, the WPS LED indicator will not be lit up.
The Optical Network Unit (ONU) connects directly to the fibre termination point using an optical fibre cable and links to your router via an Ethernet cable. The ONU is commonly referred to as the modem.
A wireless Optical Network Terminal (ONT) is a 2-in-1 device that combines the functions of an ONU and a router in one unit. Our WiFi 6 routers are ONTs, allowing you to connect to the Internet using a single device without the need for a separate ONU. The specific router provided will depend on your building type and installation requirements.
While the RM99 fee is for upgrading your router to WiFi 7, the device itself remains the property of Time. This allows us to ensure you have the latest technology and to recycle devices responsibly.
Upon termination of your service, we will arrange to collect the device. Please ensure it is in good condition.
Upon your relocation, we will assess your new location and recommend additional devices if we find that the building you are relocating to has a design that will impact your quality of services. To ensure the best high-speed broadband experience, we strongly advise purchasing another device to bypass this design limitation. Installation is free if you purchase the device with the relocation service.

If you have been with us for at least 20 months and your router has not been upgraded during this period, you are eligible for a complimentary upgrade. If you do not meet this criterion, you can still purchase a new router from our shop. Simply head to Self Care to proceed with either option.
The most effective way to achieve higher speeds and better performance is by using a wired connection. Here are a few key points to note:
The 2.5 Gbps LAN port on the router. It is clearly labelled on the device.
A 2.5 Gbps LAN port on your personal device. If your device does not have one, you can use a USB-C to 2.5 Gbps Ethernet adapter.
A Cat5e or higher-grade LAN cable.
Once you connect your personal device to the router using a LAN cable, you should experience significantly higher speeds.
Newer desktop and laptop computers equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet (GE) port are able to achieve speeds beyond 100 Mbps (unlike Fast Ethernet ports) when using a wired connection. Most wireless devices on the market, however, are not capable of exceeding 500 Mbps. The good news is that they are still more than sufficient for handling your online activities.

In simple terms, Point-to-Point Protocol over Ethernet (PPPoE) is the technology that allows us to deliver Internet access to you. The PPPoE username and password are used to configure your modem or router.
To retrieve your PPPoE credentials, simply tap the “PPPoE Credentials” button on the Control Hub screen to view your username and password.
